Founder’s Story

I’m Shauna — herbalist, creator, and the heart behind Haus of Sacred Naturals.
My journey into herbal wellness began during a season of seeking peace, balance, and a deeper connection to myself. As a mother, a veteran, and a woman committed to my own healing, I learned that true wellness is a daily practice of intention.

Herbalism became both my refuge and my calling.

I pursued formal training and earned my Master of Science in Herbal Product Design and Manufacture, where I studied the science, safety, and formulation of herbal remedies. Through this work, I gained a deep understanding of how to create high-quality, intentional, and evidence-informed herbal products.

Haus of Sacred Naturals is my way of sharing that journey — creating sacred, intentional herbal wellness offerings made with the same level of care I give my own family.

This brand is more than a business.
It’s a return to nature.
A return to self.
A return to what’s real.

Why Herbal Wellness

Herbal wellness is rooted in the relationship between plants and the human body. Across cultures and generations, botanicals have been used to nourish body systems, support physiological balance, and promote overall well-being.

At Haus of Sacred Naturals, we recognize the therapeutic potential of plant phytochemicals — and the importance of blending traditional herbal wisdom with evidence-informed practices. Our formulations are created with intention, using an approach that considers constituent profiles, extraction methods, herbal synergy, and safety.

Herbalism reminds us that healing can be gentle, supportive, and aligned with the body’s natural rhythms. Through thoughtful, well-designed plant-based formulations, we aim to support whole-person wellness in a way that feels accessible, empowering, and deeply rooted in nature.
